Payment of products

Prepayment, in UK Pounds Sterling or Euro, is required for all orders of products in our products list, unless otherwise agreed. Our prices include FOB London Airport. Should you require a quotation to include insurance and shipping by parcel post, airfreight, UPS courier or seafreight, we will be pleased to provide one.

Delivery

Please allow 7 (seven) days from completion of order for delivery of stock items. Delivery of items not held in stock will be advised accordingly.

Export Licencing

Certain products may not be exported from the United Kingdom without specific approval by the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI). The Export Licence can be applied for by APPDS but this can cause a delay in delivery. APPDS reserve the right to refuse shipment on any order not receiving the necessary licence.
